The BDA Trade Union is proud to be a campaigning union. We understand that in order to properly represent our members, we must actively promote their interests and provide information for use in the workplace.
Our campaigns address the aspects most important to our members' lives. We campaign for better workplaces (through improvements in pay, staffing, and conditions) and for a better society (through our work on sustainability and food poverty).
