Facing challenges at work? You don’t have to go through it alone.

We are here to provide support and guidance whether you're dealing with job changes, redundancy, disciplinary issues, sickness, grievances, workload concerns, or even discrimination. We understand that these situations can be overwhelming and stressful, and we’re here to ensure you feel supported every step of the way.

As a full or associate BDA member, you're entitled to free, expert advice on all employment matters, and if needed, we’ll represent you in legal hearings. You can still reach out for helpful advice if you're a student member, although full representation isn’t included.

We play a vital role in negotiating the terms and conditions of your employment at a national level (through Agenda for Change), while our local representatives are there to help with any specific concerns at your workplace.
