We have vacancies for both a Vice Chair; and a Research, Service Evalutation and Audit Lead. There is also a vacancy coming up for the Treasurer role.
The Vice Chair role is a new post to take on some of the duties from Angeline Taylor, the current Chair. The aim is to ensure smooth continuation of current work when the chair or vice chair step down, by staggering the terms. There will then be an opportunity to become Chair, or continue as Vice Chair in the future.
The Research, Service Evalutation and Audit Lead aims to encourage and enable research amongst KDSG members in line with the BDA Advancing Research Opportunities plan. There would be opportunity to become involved in projects such as the Outcomes Project, Competancy frameworks and other aspects of dietetic service provision.
There is a lot of support from the other Renal Committee members for all roles. We are a friendly and enthusiastic team, and you will be very welcome.
