Being a member of the Freelance Dietitians Group has great benefits whether you work entirely freelance or are employed and only do a small amount of private work. The Freelance Dietitians Group can advise on setting up as a freelance dietitian, help you to promote your services, send you occasional work opportunities and provide a forum for networking, advice and discussion.

We are thrilled to announce some exciting changes to your Freelance Specialist Group membership. We have introduced two distinct membership categories tailored to provide value and flexibility:
Standard Membership (£39):

- Access to our forums, monthly communications and newsletters
- No directory profile
Premier Membership (£59):
- All the benefits of Standard Membership
- PLUS, a profile on our popular public Freelance Directory, increasing your visibility and providing leads for your business
Premier Freelance Specialist Group membership is now £20 cheaper than previously, so we encourage any members who undertake freelance work to take advantage of this reduced rate now, to make yourself available to new clients online via our directory if you haven’t already!
What happens when my group membership renews?
Here's what you need to know about your membership renewal:
- For Members without a Directory Profile: You will automatically renew onto the Standard Group Membership tier. If you wish to upgrade to Premier Membership and gain access to the Freelance Directory, simply visit the "Add Specialist Group" section on the BDA website and select "Freelance Premier Membership"
- For Members with an Existing Directory Profile: You will automatically renew onto Premier Membership to retain your profile on our Freelance Directory
