Will is a specialist dietitian and qualified sports performance and exercise nutritionist. Since qualifying in South Wales in 2019 he has worked in the NHS across multiple health boards and has experience in a plethora of clinical conditions helping people from all walks of life, ages, ethnicities and often very specific personal needs.

He believes in a person-centred approach to his work and holds professionalism, kindness, integrity and empathy in the highest regard in both his professional and personal lives.

He believes that our individual health and issues that can face it are personal to us and can often be combined with the added stresses of daily life such as work, family, finances or caring responsibilities etc. He takes great pride in being able to help individuals with their personal nutritional needs and taking a person-centred approach means that you can work closely together to help achieve your desired goals.

Training, Experience and Background

Will is a Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), British Dietetic Association (BDA) and Sports and Exercise Nutrition Register (SENr) registered dietitian and holds a BSc (Hons) in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Cardiff alongside a PGCert in Sports and Exercise Nutrition from Leeds.

Prior to qualifying as a dietitian, Will worked as a section team lead for Waitrose and Partners for nearly 10 years, working across all departments but specialising in food service. He has a passion for fitness and trains upwards of 10 hours per week which lead to competing in national natural bodybuilding competitions where tailoring and optimising one’s nutrition is paramount.

Since qualifying, Will has worked in a variety of clinical settings including acute hospitals, community hospitals, outpatient clinics, home visits and delivering group education. His experience includes but is not limited to:
