I have a Master degree in Sport and Exercise Nutrition from Leeds Beckett Univerity and experience of working with endurance athletes, team players and recreational athletes aiming to improve performance and lose weight.

It is my goal to help you make the right nutritional choices for your health, lifestyle, and goals. I can help by analysing your current diet and daily requirements and offer suggestions to ensure there is a match between intake and expenditure. Through working together you will develop knowledge and skills to be able to implement appropriate nutritional strategies, enhancing training and competitive performance as well as health.

I have been involved in sport my whole life and had an 18-year career as a PE teacher before transitioning to Personal Training, running and triathlon coaching.

Having retrained as a Sports Nutritionist I now seek to fulfil my passion of helping others to meet their goals through health, nutrition, sport and exercise.
