I am a practitioner registrant with the SENr and have 9 years experience working with athletes of all different levels across a wide range of sports, including triathlon, ultra-endurance cycling and marathon running. I hold a PhD in Exercise Recovery and Nutrition from the University of Chichester and have published several peer-reviewed papers in sports nutrition and exercise recovery. In addition to my consultancy, I am the Lead Assessor at the Institute of Performance Nutrition. In my spare time, I'm an avid cook, tennis player, distance runner, gym goer and hiker making sure to practice what I preach.
