Rebecca Palser is a sports nutritionist specialising in endurance sports, including running, triathlon, and ultra-endurance events. With a Master’s degree in Sports and Exercise Nutrition, she provides expert guidance on fuelling strategies, race-day nutrition, and recovery for athletes of all levels.
As an occasional triathlete and experienced runner who has focused on ultramarathons, Rebecca knows first-hand how crucial nutrition is to performance. She works with runners and triathletes, and is passionate about supporting female athletes, and those following plant-based diets to ensure they meet both their training energy needs and long-term health goals.
