I am a performance nutritionist with a BSc in Human Nutrition and an MSc in Performance Nutrition. I work with athletes across various sports, focusing on optimizing performance through tailored nutrition strategies. My experience includes developing individualized meal plans, match-day nutrition protocols, and providing evidence-based advice to enhance recovery, strength, and overall athletic performance.
Currently, I am working for a GAA county team and GAA club teams, ensuring players meet their energy and nutrient demands to perform at their peak. I also work with individual clients, helping them improve body composition, strength, and endurance through practical and sustainable nutrition approaches. My focus is on empowering athletes to make informed dietary choices that translate to success on and off the field.
