I am a registered dietitian/Sports nutritionist with the BDA/SENR member as well as with the Hellenic Dietetic Association (HDA) in Greece. 

I am based in Greece and provide consultation on a private level including sports nutrition to amateur cyclists, swimmers, and aqua enthusiasts.

I am also a post-doc research fellow with Harokopio University ( Greece) and La Trobe University (Australia) specializing in the area of public health, pediatric asthma and childhood obesity.
