Hello! I’m Katie, a Registered Associate Nutritionist, with a first class bachelor (BSc) degree in Nutrition and a masters (MSc) in Sport and Exercise Nutrition.
My Mission
My mission is to help people take charge of their diet and discover the power that good nutrition can have on the bodies ability to grow and flourish. Food is not merely consumed to fuel your body, it also brings pleasure, comfort and more commonly that not play a key role in social occasions. Striking a balance of these can be a challenging especially in a society that full of mixed nutritional messages and even harmful misinformation. We are all unique and so is what we put in our body. I help translate evidence based science into simple personalised guidance, giving you the confidence to fuel your body correctly. There is no one size fits all and I help you discover what works for you.
