Kathryn Peters
Kathryn is an SENR-accredited Sports Nutritionist with a diverse background in both the performing arts and elite sports. Her expertise spans working with musical theatre students, elite-level athletes, and lecturing in higher education. Kathryn initially trained in dance during her undergraduate studies and has since built a specialised career in sports nutrition.
In 2021, Kathryn earned an MSc in Dance Science with distinction from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance, where she focused her dissertation on disordered eating and exercise behaviours among dancers. Following this, in 2022, she completed another MSc with distinction, this time in Applied Sports Nutrition (SENR Accredited).
Her professional experience includes working with sporting teams such as Surrey Storm Netball team, AFC Wimbledon Women, St Mary's University Sport Scholar programme. She has also provided nutrition support to dancers at the English National Ballet School, The Royal Ballet School, ArtsEd, Urdang and DanceEast.
Currently, Kathryn works with musical theatre students at Urdang, lectures on BSc Sports and Exercise Nutrition degree programmes and provides nutrition support for Adult Management Programmes in the community.
