I have always been passionate about the profound and life saving impact that dietary and lifestyle changes can have on athletes as well as people suffering from chronic metabolic conditions. Changes to diet and life style prolonged the life of my grandmother who battled for many years with a chronic illness and recently my father who has experienced major improvements in his overall quality of life after a health scare. It is a privilege and indeed a pleasure to contribute to improving the lives of athletes and indeed people from all works of life.
