Hello,

I am a lecturer in Sport Nutrition and Physiology at the University of Hull, where I have studied and worked for just over 10-years. I have a Ph.D. in Applied Physiology, with my thesis investigating the relationship between fast bowling workloads and neuromuscular fatigue. 

Outside of work, I am a highly competitive endurance athlete, representing GB at Age-Group level in duathlon (for the last 6-years). I have also dabbled in triathlon, but hate swimming! I love to implement my academic knowledge into practice.
