Dr. Heather Kwok serves as the lecturer and programme director of Bachelor of Social Sciences (Hons) in Sport and Recreation Leadership in Hong Kong Baptist University. She obtained her undergraduate degree in sports science and physical education, with three master degrees in the fields related to sports science and physical education, students activity and sports nutrition. Dr. Kwok completed her doctoral degree in Hong Kong Baptist University with thesis topic "Determinants of Expertise in Taekwondo". Other than academic development, Dr. Kwok also took up the role of athlete and trainer in the Hong Kong China Taekwondo Team. 

With her sports and academic backgrounds, Dr. Kwok devotes herself to the research of sports science, Taekwondo, sport nutrition of athletes and, exercise and training programmes for the special populations.
