I am a SENr Graduate Sports Nutritionist from Liverpool John Moores University. I am passionate about delivering help, guidance and educating individuals who have concerns over there nutrition or dietary habits. 

I have recently updated my UKAD accreditation and earlier this year completed both my Level 2 Food Hygiene & Safety for Catering Course and also a Food Allergy Awareness Course.
