I am a graduate of John Moores University and a member of SENR registrant. During my career I was head of nutrition in Gamma special force squad when I was in the army and during my MSc studies, I was part of Nutrition team of Aston Villa FC. The last 3 years I am a nutrition consultant for individuals who want to improve performance and change body composition.
