I am a registered Performance Nutritionist and a SENr practitioner with the BDA. I have over 10 years’ experience in supporting athletes of all levels ranging from the everyday exerciser to elite professionals within a variety of sports, including professional football, rugby, table tennis, golf, hyrox, and a variety of endurance and ultra-endurance disciplines including professional Ironman triathletes.
Through my consultancy, Webber Nutrition, I adopt an evidence-based, personalised nutrition and coaching strategy to work closely with athletes, their coaches and supporting team to provide extensive support, guidance and the tools and education required to get the most out of their nutrition and training, to maximise health, performance and body composition.
