I am a Performance Nutritionist working for UK Athletics, deployed via the UK Sports Institute. In the role I am fortunate enough to work with a breadth of athletic disciplines across our world class programme. 

Alongside my work I am completing a Professional Doctorate, at Leeds Beckett University. This has involved collaborative work between Maurten and myself to collect data in an elite athletics cohort, using the Maurten Bicarb System.
