I am a Greek-born Nutritionist specialized in Sports Nutrition. I graduated from the Department of Dietetics – Nutrition of the University of Thessaly in 2018 and completed my internship at the General Hospital of Kilkis. As an undergraduate, I spent four months in Sweden as an Erasmus student conducting research on nutrition. I moved to the UK and completed my postgraduate program in Sport and Exercise Nutrition at Middlesex University in 2021. I currently work as a Nutritionist at ABL Health, specializing in NHS Low-Calorie Diet Programme. I have worked as a volunteer sports nutritionist for the Nottingham Forest Female football team.
