AK completed a BSc in Sports Science, MSc in Sports Nutrition and is completing a PhD in Cellular and Molecular Physiology at Liverpool John Moores University. Alongside this he has consulted within professional sports teams and with individual athletes since 2014. These include: Blackburn Rovers, Everton and Fulham Football Clubs; Catalans Dragons Rugby League, England Rugby League, England Rugby Union, London Irish Rugby Union, Sale Sharks Rugby Union; Toronto Wolfpack Rugby League, and Wasps Rugby Union; and The English Institute of Sport and Intra Performance Group (Chelsea, Derby County and AC Sparta Prague Football Clubs).
