I am an MSc graduate from Liverpool John Moores University in Sport Nutrition and also have a BSc in Sports and Exercise Sciences. I am a keen golfer playing off a handicap of 1 and last year was lucky enough to be nutritionist for the successful European Solheim Cup team in Ohio, America.

Recently, I have started working under Close Nutrition to provide nutrition support to different golf associations such as the Ladies European Tour, Challenge Tour, England Golf and the Curtis Cup team.
