Alexa holds a MSc in Clinical and Public Health Nutrition at UCL and a BSc in Sport and Exercise.

The focus of her research was around low energy availability in female exercisers to inform proactive safeguarding practices that prevent REDs. As a former athlete with work experience in sports performance, she is passionate about helping individuals optimize their performance via a health-first approach. Alexa is keen to combine her multi-disciplinary perspectives with practical research and developments that advance our understanding of female health and human potential.
