I hold an MSc in Sports and Exercise Nutrition from the University of Westminster.

I am passionate about sports nutrition and enjoy working closely with athletes of all abilities, across all endurance sports disciplines, to implement the best possible nutrition strategy to support their individual health and performance goals.

From a thorough understanding of the underlying physiology of performance, I advise how nutrition can influence the adaptation to training in a way that is beneficial to performance. 

I have worked with clients across a range of abilities in triathlon and running, from Kona qualifiers, GB Age Groupers to first time ultra runners and love seeing people succeed and exceed in their endeavours.
