Details of the offer in principle are now available and include the proposed payments per band for the non-consolidated award for 2022/23 and the proposed pay for each pay point with a 5% uplift.

Please note: the 2022/23 non-consolidated payment outlined below is additional to the already-imposed 2022/23 pay award - which amounted to a minimum uplift of £1,400 for each AfC band.
