The BDA Consultative Ballot on the Northern Ireland Pay Award/Offer closed on Monday the 17th of January 2022 at 12 Noon.
71% of BDA Members voted YES to Accept the pay offer.
29% of BDA members voted NO to Accept the pay offer.
This is a clear acceptance from our members in Northern Ireland regarding the Pay Award/Offer.
This result will be relayed to the BDA Trade Union National Executive Committee and relevant Staffside partners.
