Sue is a registered dietitian with over 30 years’ experience in a variety of settings. She worked for many years in NHS hospitals and the community before moving to a career in academia as a Senior Lecturer in Nutrition and Public Health at the University of Bristol. She now works freelance with a variety of commercial companies and with consumer groups including in workplaces and older adults, . She also trains primary care healthcare professionals including GPs in evidence based nutrition, works as a BDA media spokesperson and is an accredited  BDA Work Ready dietitian and course tutor.
