Since graduating from Kings College London and qualifying as a dietitian in 1999, I have had a variety of clinical, leadership and freelance roles in the NHS, private healthcare, charitable and corporate sectors.

I have over 20 years' experience specialising in all aspects of diabetes, including type 1 diabetes, type 2 diabetes, gestational diabetes and the delivery of diabetes structured education (such as DAFNE).  In addition, experience in the use of diabetes technology. My work is enhanced by my health coaching and communication skills-to support my ability to help the people I work with to make positive health changes.

I also have a strong interest in South Asian health, weight management, maternal and family nutrition.
