Sascha Landskron

Sascha is a Specialist Dietitian with over 20 years of clinical experience working with children, teenagers and adults in the NHS and private practice. She has treated over 20,000 patients in the UK and abroad and is registered with the British Dietetic Association (BDA) and the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). She provides training and education on nutrition for a variety of health professionals.
Sascha uses a personalised approach to nutrition, because nutritional requirements and eating styles vary from person to person.
She specialises in weight management, food allergies and intolerances, nutritional genomics and ketogenic metabolic therapy for mental and physical health issues.
Sascha competed her Bachelor’s degree in Nutrition and Food Sciences in 2001 at the University of Alberta, Canada, and hospital dietetic training in 2002 in Vancouver and Victoria, Canada. In 2012, she earned a Master’s degree with Distinction, in Advanced Dietetic Practice at the University of Nottingham, UK. She has also completed postgraduate clinical accreditation in food and nutrition and genetics (Food and our Genome) in 2021 at Monash University, Melbourne.
Most consultations are provided remotely on Zoom, but home visits can be arranged.
Sascha holds international professional indemnity insurance, allowing her to consult with patients in every country, including North America.
