I am a HCPC registered Dietitian with over 19 years experience working in the world of Nutrition and Dietetics, supporting clients with their nutrition needs. I offer free discovery calls to talk through your dietary concerns and expectations.

I provide both face to face or virtual consultations. My specialist areas are IBD, IBS, coeliac disease and gut health. I am able to provide advice on low FODMAP diets and conditions such as food intolerances, nutrition for various cancers, heart health and weight loss advice.

In addition to helping clients 1:1, I havewritten articles on nutrition,delivered group sessions, appeared on podcasts and worked for the Gut HealthClinic inLondon.

​I am passionate about nutrition and well-being. My youngest son and I both have coeliac disease and we have to follow a lifelong gluten free diet. Living with Coeliac disease, I understand the impact of dietary restrictions and how to make changes towards eating behaviours, tailoring meals to a budget and adapting cooking methods.
