I am a clinical lead dietitian within the NHS specialising in Bariatric surgery. My current NHS work includes pre and post surgical management for gastric sleeve, gastric bypass and other novel techniques. I support patients who have had surgery abroad with getting the best outcome in the private sector. 

I have previous and ongoing experience with complex surgical pathways, prehab/rehab, nutrition support, oncology, IBS, liver and pancreatic disorders. Other interest are assisting with male and female factor infertility, diabetes remission.

Before working as a dietitian I had several head chef positions at large successful independent restaurants and have significant cooking and industrial catering knowledge.
