Rebecca McManamon
Rebecca is a HCPC Registered Dietitian with a wealth of experience in helping clients manage health conditions through dietary change.
Rebecca has extensive experience working within MDTs for clients with complex needs, in particular those impacted by brain injury, spinal injury, polytrauma and cerebral palsy as a treating dietitian in legal cases.
Rebecca uses her skills and knoweldge to produce expert witness reports for liability and quantum, acting for claimant and defendant solicitors or joint instruction, exclusively through Bush and Co. where you can contact her for expert witness enquiries at [email protected]
Since Rebecca worked for over 10 years in the most multi-cultural area of the UK, she has a real understanding of how our relationship with food may differ according to our culture and religion – our unique identity – thus ensuring that any recommendations are considerate of individual food choices and beliefs.
Rebecca is a full member of the BDA and is a BDA Media Spokesperson. Rebecca has been featured in The Times, The Guardian and on BBC Radio and Channel 5. She is a member of the Gastroenterology, Paediatric, Diabetes, PENG, Mental Health and Neurosciences Specialist Groups.
Rebecca has had over 50 articles published over a breadth of range of nutrition issues, and is an editor for CN Magazine and honorary lecturer for the University of Hull
