I have been working as a dietitian in the NHS for over 15years and I love what I do.  I am passionate about putting the person making the dietary changes at the centre of their care and guiding them on their journey. I am anti-diet culture and believe that people can be healthy at every size, it is about helping people to find a weight, diet and lifestyle that helps them to be fit and well.
