Paola Falcoski
My passion for empowering individuals to overcome their challenges and live a fulfilling life is what drives me every day.
I achieve this by providing a safe space with my loving and compassionate presence.
Using a holistic approach, I create space for emotions to be felt and processed, especially in the body. I know that changes take time and I take a curious approach, respecting your unique journey and pace. By following your lead, I support you in integrating all experiences and regulating your nervous system for long-lasting growth and healing.
My interventions are tailored to your specific needs, drawing from a combination of approaches that I am trained in. You can trust that each session will be customized to best support you on your path to self-discovery. Whether it's cognitive-behavioural therapy, mindfulness-based approaches, or other evidence-based treatments, I will work with you to find what works best for you.
