I have worked as a Registered Dietitian since 1986, combining NHS work with a busy private practice. As well as having a wide range of experience in most areas of dietetic care. I tailor all advice to each individual and take account of your lifestyle, dietary intake and references to make changes to your diet. 

I offer a service in 2 private hospitals across Essex, Hartswood Hospital in Brentwood and Springfield Hospital in Chelmsford. I have regular clinics at Springfield Hospital.

I also offer virtual appointments.

I specialise in Gastroenterology (IBS, functional bowel disorders, reflux, diverticular disease, constipation, coeliac disease, and inflammatory bowel disease). I am FODMAP trained by Kings College (2012-2021) and attend many of their courses over this time.

I also specialise in bariatric surgery and have worked with an Upper GI & bariatric surgeon at Springfield Hospital since 2012.  I have a passion for helping people achieve realistic and lasting weight loss.

I have considerable experience in nutrition support for those who have unintentional weight loss and whose dietary intake is compromised and are struggling to gain weight or have an optimal dietary intake.
