I currently work as a highly specialist gastroenterology paediatric dietitian at the UK's largest children's hospital, alongside my freelance work. My colleague and I, Beth Allchin, set up Beam Dietitians in 2024 to help support children in Manchester with nutritional problems and feeding difficulties. I have a wide range of knowledge and experience in many clinical specialties such as poor weight gain, fussy eating, allergy, reflux, coeliac disease and more.
