I am a registered dietitian with over 20 years’ experience. I qualified from the University of Ulster, Coleraine, in 2001 and have gained immense experience in many clinical areas throughout my time working in the NHS.

For the past seven years I have specialised in diabetes, preconception, fertility and pregnancy. I have successfully completed MSc modules in both Diabetes and Diabetes in pregnancy, Fertility nutrition for healthcare professionals and Nutrition therapy for pregnancy and fertility via early life nutrition. I am also a member of the Diabetes and Maternal and Fertility Nutrition specialist groups of the BDA.

I have my own personal experience of going through the fertility journey and I am driven to provide each client with an enhanced service that is evidence based, safe and tailored to each person’s unique circumstances.

This has led me to launch my own freelance business providing 1-2-1 virtual consultations - morning and evening appointments are available.
