I am Dr Lynda Rigley, a very experienced dietitian.  I have worked in dietetics, nutrition, food education and health promotion for the entirety of my working life.  I have over 21 years of dietetic experience in both the NHS and private practice, where I have set up Sunlight Nutrition Limited with my colleague Mrs Samantha Howard. 

I am passionate about working with individuals to improve their health through nutrition and dietetics.  Private practice allows me to provide a high quality, client-centred service, seeing clients either virtually or in person, in either our clinic rooms or their own homes.

I have considerable clinical experience in all areas of dietetics from premature infants through to adolescents and adults.  I specialised in paediatric nutrition for 15 years while working in the NHS, managing complex cases/conditions, food allergy and intolerance, nutritional support, gastroenterology, and neonates.  I have undertaken additional training with Monash University for irritable bowel syndrome and the low FODMAP diet.  I also have additional qualifications in food allergy and the Sequential Oral Sensory (S.O.S) Approach to Feeding.

As well my clinical work, Sunlight Nutrition works closely with many Universities to deliver student dietetic training, through both placement provision and lecturing. 

Recently I have acted as an expert witness for several large legal firms.  I am registered with Premex and undertaking the Cardiff University Bond Solon (CUBS) expert witness accreditation course.
