I’m Lizzie Sanchez; a Dietitian registered with the British Dietetic Association (BDA) and Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) based in Croydon, South London and Surrey with over 10 years of experience in the NHS and privately.

Fees: £97 for the first hour session and £69 for 45 minute follow-up sessions. I am registered with health insurer WPA.

I offer special packages including unlimited support between consultations for:

• Weight loss: including a personalised weight loss plans and meal plans.

• IBS: including low FODMAP advice, lots of recipes and meal plans if needed.

More about me:

I have a Bachelor’s Degree with Hons from King’s College London and graduated in 2013. My previous NHS roles include Specialist Gastrointestinal Dietitian at East Surrey Hospital and Community Dietitian for St George’s Hospital.

I offer virtual and in-person consultations from my lovely garden office in South Croydon.
