Hello I'm Lindsay,

I am a HCPC registered dietitian based in Glasgow, and a full member of the BDA. I offer face to face appointments in Kilsyth, I also offer online or telephone appointments.

I offer 1-1 support for people living with type 2 diabetes or obesity. I am very passionate about evidence-based practice and the latest studies.

I love helping people to make sustainable changes and feel better about themselves whilst improving their health. I am passionate about educating people on how the food we eat affects our bodies and our brains.

I hold a BSC (Hons) in Human Nutrition and Dietetics.
