Hi, I'm Jackie, a specialist dietitian available for online and telephone support (evenings and weekends). 

I have extensive experience and post graduate training in coaching people with pre diabetes, type 2 diabetes and Type 1 diabetes. I also have a specific interest in supporting people with IBS and over 7 years experience in using the low FODMAP diet (Kings college London trained).

I am passionate about cooking and providing practical information on meals to suit individual needs as well as catering for the whole family. Having worked as a dietitian for 30 years I remain positive about inspiring others in diet and health coaching.
