Jacqueline Galanty
I'm Jackie, an HCPC Registered Advanced Specialist Dietitian and founder of Nutritional, a private nutrition clinic.
I gained experience in acute London hospitals before moving into Mental Health and Eating Disorders Services. I have experience in working with clients of all ages, within NHS and private mental health services.
I have worked in several inpatient CAMHS and Eating Disorder Units in South West London and also with adult outpatient services. I now predominantly work with private clients of all ages supporting a range of eating challenges.
At Nutritional we use a collaborative approach, taking time to understand your individual needs and lifestyle, encouraging a place for all foods without stigma and using behaviour change approaches to create lasting habits that support physical and mental health.
When working with children and adolescents we take a whole family approach, working with parents as well as children and adolescents. If necessary we will liaise with private, state schools and Universities to tackle food-related issues with positive, practical and achievable plans that promote both physical and mental health.
I offer predominantly online sessions and some in person appointments in Surrey and Central London.
I have a first class degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from King's College, London and a previous degree in Psychology, guiding the development of supportive relationship with clients to form new long-lasting nutrition habits.
