Having qualified as a dietitian in 1999 I have enjoyed a varied career in acute and community dietetic posts, in health promotion and schools and latterly in higher education as a dietetics lecturer. Alongside this I have furthered my interest and experience in sports and exercise nutrition, gaining an MSc in sports nutrition from University of Stirling in 2017. I am currently working as a freelance dietitian and sports nutritionist and am based in Glasgow, Scotland.
