I am Emily Cooper, a registered dietitian and the founder of PowerThru Nutrition. 

I have experience working in the NHS, supporting the elderly population who are at risk of malnutrition and well as working with people who have suffered a stroke. I continue to work part time in the NHS. 

Outside of work, I compete in strongman/strongwomen competitions with my husband. This has lead me to starting PowerThru nutrition in able to support other strength sports athletes to fuel their training and elevate their performance through evidence based advice. I am currently undertaking a postgraduate course in Sports and Exercise nutrition.
