I’ve worked in both NHS hospital and community settings, providing tailored dietary advice to patients and clients. In the last five years, I’ve also worked in digital healthcare with an innovative behaviour change company, combining my clinical knowledge with cutting-edge technology to support sustainable health and wellness.
