I am a freelance dietitian with over 25 years of NHS experience I specialise in gastrointestinal conditions including Irritable bowel syndrome, coeliac disease, crohns and colitis, pancreatic and liver disorders and surgery to the bowel.

I offer face to face appointments from my office in Bournemouth. With my personalised approach, I work with you to understand your unique symptoms and dietary needs. Together we will develop a dietary plan that is not only effective but sustainable, helping you to regain control of your gut health and improve your quality of life.

I am also an association lecturer on the Masters Dietetics course at the Health Sciences University in Dorset.
