My name is Angeliki Tarsani, and I am a Dietitian (RD) – Nutritionist specializing in Eating Disorders and Obesity, as well as Mental Health and Clinical Nutrition. I mainly provide my services online, via e-conferencing platforms.

My working ethos and approach are to always keep your physical and mental health front of mind. Through a journey of consultation, nutritional counselling, and encouragement of dietary changes, my goal is to ‘teach’ you how to feed and nourish yourself well, so that both your physical health and mental wellbeing are elevated.

My mantra is ‘nourish your body and soul well for a better life’! I do believe that as we feed, nourish, and take good care of ourselves, our day-to-day life turns into something amazing, full of good health and vigour.
