As a Registered Dietitian with advanced expertise in precision nutrition, the microbiome, and genomics, I specialise in helping individuals achieve metabolic health and manage chronic diseases through personalised dietary strategies. My academic background includes a Master’s Degree in Molecular Biology (Staffordshire University), which underpins my evidence-based approach to nutrition and health and supports my research into the gut microbiome.
