Highly Specialised Dietitian & Trainee Psychotherapist
Hi, I’m Sabrina. I’m a Registered Dietitian and a Trainee Psychotherapist, and I specialise in Mental Health and Eating Disorders therapy. My approach is all about helping you re-explore your relationship with food and your body with compassionate curiosity.
I’ve worked extensively in both the NHS and private practice, and I currently lead a team at North London NHS Foundation Trust, overseeing one of the largest Eating Disorder services in the UK. My work is rooted in delivering high-quality, person-centred care.
Beyond dietetics, I’ve always been fascinated by the human experience. I completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training in India, which deepened my understanding of the mind-body connection, and I’m also training in Integrative Psychotherapy at Metanoia Institute. I hold an MSc in Eating Disorders & Clinical Nutrition from UCL, which has further shaped my specialist approach to working with eating disorders. These experiences allow me to bring a more holistic approach to my work, integrating both psychological and nutritional perspectives
For me, it’s really about meeting you where you are, honouring your whole self, and supporting you on your journey of self-discovery.
