About Lydia - Lydia Collins-Hussey is a Specialist Paediatric Allergy Dietitian with over 12 years’ experience in the NHS, research, charity and private sectors. Her passion lies in supporting families with food allergy and restricted diets. Inspired to make a difference, Lydia regularly facilitates in education and is also the co-chair of the BDA Food Allergy Specialist Group and a member of BSACI and EAACI. Lydia has won several awards for her contributions to allergy care.
About Holly - Holly Shaw is a Registered Nurse with 23 years with experience of working across health care settings in the U.K., Australia and New Zealand.
Holly works as an Allergy Nurse Advisor supporting people with all types of allergic disease and manages early interventional services that help support families navigating food allergy and eczema.
Having a personal connection to eczema and food allergy as a mum of children with food allergy and eczema. Holly is able to offer family centred and supportive advice that is both practical and research based.
